General Hospital 03-29-21 Recap 29th March 2021

Laura ate dinner with Martin and Cyrus. Cyrus was worried about their mother so Martin assured him that she was fine. Cyrus thought he was keeping something from him. He realized that Martin knew where their mother was. Martin didn’t know where she was but he did admit he saw her a month ago. He didn’t say anything because he didn’t want anything to happen to their mother. Cyrus told Laura that Martin wasn’t a saint. He let her know that he helped Julian escape after the Floating Rib exploded. He also called Cyrus to tell him what happened because he expected him to go after Julian before Sonny did it. Cyrus told Laura they had bad sides to them, but he was honest about it. He thought Martin hid his evil side. Cyrus walked away from the table. Martin didn’t want Cyrus to come between them. Laura assured him that he wouldn’t come between them, but she wanted to get to know him better.

Cyrus went to see Jason at the station. Jason told him Carly wasn’t taking his deal. Marcus’ sentencing began. He announced to the judge that he decided to change his plea to not guilty. The prosecutor objected to his change so the judge wanted to see her in his chambers. Trina went to see her father. Marcus told her that his conversation with her was what made him change his mind. She left the courtroom as the hearing continued. The judge accepted Marcus’ plea change. The prosecutor thought Marcus was a flight risk. Jordan got up to speak on Marcus’ behalf. Marcus was granted bail, but he had to wear an ankle monitor. He also had to stay with Jordan. Obrecht met with Anna. She wasn’t thrilled that Dante was with Peter and didn’t kill him. Anna thought it was strange that she wasn’t surprised that Dante tried to kill Peter. Anna thought it had something to do with her relationship with Dr. Kirk. Obrecht didn’t see how that was possible. Anna questioned her about her relationship with Dr. Kirk. She insisted she didn’t seduce the doctor. Anna thought Dr. Kirk had a partner since Dante was being triggered again. She said Peter murdering Franco was proof he couldn’t be saved. Anna wasn’t happy about that and wished she warned Franco that Peter was targeting him. Anna thought Peter should go to jail and not be murdered. Obrecht left and Carly showed up. Carly wanted to talk about Peter.

Peter arrived at the hospital and saw Liz. He wanted to take responsibility for Franco’s death. He tried to excuse everything he did in the past. He also tried to blame Obrecht for what happened. Finn showed up while Liz was about to go off on Peter. Peter said he was innocent and being framed for everything. Finn had to hold Liz back to keep her from going after Peter. Finn told him that he will pay for everything he’s done and it would be a great day. The three of them started arguing until a nurse arrived to break it up. Finn regretted not letting Liz hit him when she had the chance. Peter walked away and ran into Obrecht. He rubbed it in that there wasn’t enough evidence against him. He told her that she would never see Maxie’s kids. She let him know that justice would be coming for him.
