Victoria and Victor got in an argument over Newman Enterprises. They talked about the company’s lack of media division. He said he knew a place they could get at a cheap price. He said it was part of the plan to get Billy. She said that wouldn’t help her when it came to the kids.

Victor was afraid that Victoria was developing feelings for Billy again. Victor said Billy had to pay for the expose he did. She said he shouldn’t waste his time when Adam has done worse than the expose. Victoria left the office. Victor called Ashland Locke.

Billy talked to Lily about Ashland Locke’s media company going up for sale. He said they should buy it. He said it was a chance to move up. She said she wanted to see the numbers first. He reminded her that she admitted she was into him.

Kyle searched online to see a picture of Tara’s son. Summer wanted to know who the kid was. When he didn’t answer the question, she changed the subject to her trip to see Bill. She wanted him to go with her. He said he couldn’t go. He got a call about his meeting being canceled. She said he was free to go with her. He said he had other reasons not to go.

Billy and Victoria ran into each other. She told him he hurt her when he said he wanted her to be unhappy. He said he wasn’t trying to be judgmental. She said her father was ready to make him pay. Lily showed up. Billy got a text about Newman making a move on Locke’s media company. He confronted Victoria about it. She ended up leaving. Lily said it looked personal. He said Victor was responsible.

Victoria went to confront Victor about getting the media company. She said he didn’t trust her. She said he was as controlling as he ever was. He said she was right.
